Is there a big difference between a 6770 and a 7850 ?

I'm having an I3 2100 3.10ghz and wondering if the cpu will be much of a bottleneck. Also, will a 500w cooler master psu be sufficent ?

7850 is roughly twice as fast verse the 6770 as seen here (http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/538?vs=549) (5770 is the same card as 6770).

CPU will not bottleneck that card and what 500W cooler master?

maybe soon ... or not so soon. Still havent found someone to get rid of my old card. Perhaps i should ask my cousin, he's been asking me to sell him this one for quite some time.
