Stealth Suit q?

How good is the stealth suit? What I mean is, when a person is moving and stops, Does the suit go from barely visible to invisible instantly, or is there a "fade to invisible" effect? If this has been asked already, I apologize. I couldn't find it in search.

The only peeps who could answer you are beta testers and they aren't (can't) talking. :D

I know that from deactivated to activated it takes like 2 secs tops to go invisible(see PS movie beta gsi) so i assume it's pretty instant from moving to invisble as well. :)
