Vehicle and Direct Chat

Can anyone confirm with the footage or info given so far and not breaching the NDA if there will be ingame chat for vehicle crews to talk among multicrewed vehicles or will it have to be done via squad chat?

They've already said there's vehicle chat. I think they also said something about custom chat channels.
