I bring this up because I have searched and can't find any specific results, and thought it would be a good discussion.
Missions have been mentioned many times as a way to help coordinate, and to help new players.
An example could be creating a "tank mission" that requires tanks (maybe getting kills in a certain area with a tank), and people can start to complete it.
We know multiple people/squads can be working on a mission, and that they can be created by people...
Do the commanders who actually create the mission get some type of interface to see the progress of said missions?
It would be nice to know how many squads are working towards certain objectives, how many random people are working to achieve the goal you set.
Feedback/intel can add a lot to the tactical capabilities, anyone else think this would be useful?
I don't think there has been much detail released about the mission system yet

I don't think there has been much detail released about the mission system yetPretty much this. We've gotten examples for things like destroying a generator or providing air transport to a squad, but no details on the exact mechanics.

i do not believe them to be implimented yet. they sound like they're going to be the most awesome thing for a small group that looking for a way to coordinate.

They aren't and they do.
I have no idea what they fully have in mind, but I'm hoping for ways for some people to lay out a bunch of missions with 'slots' for players to accept, who both mission commander and player get XP (player more obv). Would allow a normally large mass of uncoordinated players, to act in a coordinated assault with little more than just picking from a list of things they'd like to do.
"Hmm lets see, tankers attacking the crown? Awesome signed, going to staging area"
"Ah, Biolabs need air support, lets take a lib and gain some bonus XP"
Missions would probably be listed by outfits with outfit leaders having the ability... not sure how else it'd work but I'd like to see it spread to the greater mass somehow.

I think you have it backwards..what would be the point to creating a mission system only for use within Outfits? Considering will have the innate ability to communicate within their ranks via text and voice they already have the coordination missions would give.
I'm pretty sure once they are implemented they will be for the masses.

Yea we don't know anything about the interfaces for it, we haven't seen it in any way shape or form. In the builds I've played it was non existent

That's what I'm hoping...
Though there will probably be some outfit filter as well, or even outfit only

I watched a video yesterday that explained a bit about priorities. It isn't ordering, but quite similar and will probably exist together with orders. Basically you will get feedback on the map about what resources you need, and what bases are priority to attack and defend.
