on the last day before the rest of us vets get in what are you doing to pass the time, im going to visit my son in RL annnnnd on a less serious note playing the planetside RTS game supreme commander. they got all three factions except the vanu have their colors mixed up

play dune2000, they got all factions right including the colors, and the blackops are even in there as well in green ;-)

but you can´t play as vanu because they think they are the emperors faction...

It's kind of interesting you mentioned Supreme Commander 2 in relation to PS2. I was just playing it and thought the exact same thing - lol.

Trying like fuck to finish Deus Ex HR and The Missing Link before beta day. If there's one thing I hate more than Smurfs and Barneys, it's loose ends.

You'll know you're in the minute that going to (while logged in with SOE account) http://www.planetside2.com/download doesn't take you to a page that tells you are already registered for beta and instead offers you the actual download.

PS: I already tried guys, so save yourselves the trouble :D

I'm not a vet but I'm gonna test my eye sight in RO2.

Yesterday I went a game 3-30 and each death was to someone I couldent see.:cry:

And the worst part is that those 3 kills were random nade throws.

i get this constantly too, its pretty annoying, i have just started to wander around very slowly, looking everywhere, still doesn't help

We're very unlikely to all be emailed at the same time. I would say we're a bigger pool than the first one and invites trickled in even for that apparently.

Just checked 12:05am PST to see if they had Vets set to at least authorized for download scheduled for 8/20 automatically...

looks like they'll be flipping this switch manually :P So prolly 9am PST earliest, 10am-2pm far more likely.
