I don't think they've officially announced exactly what will come with the membership, but an XP boost would not be surprising.

edit: like some others have already said.... If you want to pay a monthly fee then go for it... no ones stopping you. me personally will probably just buy xp boosters.. but im sure a monthly sub will come with plenty of perks.
