Awesome news. The game is still very rough in a lot of ways, but I think it's finally starting to come together enough that any press is going to be good press at this point, and having lots of great discussions, screenshots and gameplay footage are going to do way more good than any harm that a few glitches, imbalances, or incomplete parts of the game are going to cause.

I would doubt they are concerned with lifting bans for closed beta. I imagine the accounts will be allowed into open beta or release.
