Lags. A lot.

So, I have a laptop. That is all the explanation nessasary for why I have low fps and unresponsive controls. Is there any way to set the settings lower than low so I can actually play?

This is something I see a lot, a new game on a new engine lags a lot even on a lower quality setting that looks as detailed as a older game on a higher quality setting, which doesn't lag. Why is it that even at equal quality newer games lag far more than older games on less capable computers?

Probably not, but without knowing your specs no one can tell you anything.

And the reason you are "Seeing" that could be because plenty of things. It should be obvious that a lot of stuff is going on under the hood of the Forgelight engine besides just the pretty graphics.

I tried turning that render detail bar down to minimum, that got me a acceptable fps, but the controls are still very unresponsive. As for specs:

Wait until the game is out, they'll probably be a mod or something for those low configuration guys (like me), but don't expect a lot from intel graphics :/
