6:00 AM PT (3:00 PM CEST) until 11:00 PM PT (8:00 AM CEST)

Sunday:

2:00 AM PT (11:00 AM PT) until 11:00 PM PT (8:00 AM CEST)

There's a hotfix that's putting the adjacency back. Maybe other stuff, but that's all that was mentioned.

6am to 11PM PST was the regular server hours from Mon-Sat, in early parts of the beta. Sounds like the will have the server down after 11pm on Sat and back up Sunday at 2am.. so a 4 hour offline lockout.
