So i personally hate using optics in any game, i just love the feel of iron sights. I love the gauss iron sights except at night.....the freakin blue neon paint on the sight glows so much u cant see anything. I like how the devs put thought into the sight by putting the neon blue on there but its done wrong. If youve shot any weapon with neon paint on the sights you will know that the color on the front sight will be different than that on the rear to create contrast. By having it all blue it just blends into a horrible looking neon blob. Id like to see the front sight color change to red or white; or they could do away with the rear sight coloring and just have the front sight blue. This has bothered me since day one but i thought the brightness would be toned down. Does this bother anybody else?

I have no issue with it, in fact I find it actually helps me at night. Same goes for the VS reflex sights. I can only think that people with this issue have their monitor brightness on default or have ingame settings way up.

What options could I change to tone down the bright "shinyness" of the neon blue paint on the sight?

Im guessing monitor brightness or ingame gamma.
I have never had an issue with it, it seems more like a mild glow on the bar of the ironsight to me. But maybe its just each persons sensitivity.

Ok ill give it some tweaking tonight, it could just be my eyes, they are extremely sensitive to bright light.
