whats up with the <1mb patches?

they take so long to download and install and they are only 133kb ???

If I'm not mistaken it's not actually taking that long to download. What's taking time is the installation. I think the patches are trolling through each individual game file package and injecting them with the update. Apparently it takes a while for some reason, even on the small ones. IDK, guessing.

They're delta patches, only the bytes adjusted are patched and not complete files. Even though it is < 1MB but it needs to adjust 37 files, which can take some time if you don't have an SSD.
