How does PS deal with TeamKillers?

Im new to this forum and to the game.

I must say im exited. Ive been looking for a MMOFPS for some time now.
First and most important question:

How to deal with those obvious TeamKillers that seem to
plague any teambased game that comes even near to reality.

Will they be experience-stripped or what?
Some players who are teamkillers wont bother to to -XP to
ruin the game for serious players.

As I see it, a teamkiller can splat a serious player in notime if he want his equipment. Stalkin is too easy.

I just want the truth, if I can handle it :P

Well, what about vehicle stealing? Like in Tribes 2, if someone jumps out of a Tank or Shrike, some enemy could hop in and use it. However, if it was destroyed by the original owners team, it says "so-and-so Teamkilled a tubograv". Would that happen in PS cause people could go around and unknowingly Tk vehicles.
If its possible of course.

But I think it�s funny to be able to steal vehicles.
But what happens to a stolen vehicle by another empire ?
Does the color change, reveling that it�s now another
empire that controls it?

If so...
does it happen immediatly or after some time has passed,
as I understand with buildings?

What if a player in my own squad steals my car?
What if he is allowed by me to do so?
Where and how can the server tell the differance?

Of course, the creators proberbly already has the solution,
but it would be nice to hear about it anyway.

Vehicles have Owners and a set of permissions the owners can set to permit use (owner only, squard, outfit, or empire). So in that reguard, they can't be stolen. There is hacking, and as I understand it, you can hack an enemy vehicle and steal it, but it's not as simple as hop in and go.

ok. But what about if one of my squad members
want to borrow the vehicle?

Is there a way to let him "hack" it in notime and just drive away?

i mean, what if we are ambushed, I die and my best friend needs to get out of there to save the mission? Is there a "code" that teammates of mine can use to activate and drive away immediatly?

It could be differance in seconds wheter he survives or not...

You can set permissions on the vehicle ahead of time.. so if you go out on a mission set the perms to squad only and anyone in your squad can hop in as if its their own. If they drive off and steal it from you, then they probably should not be in your squad :D

Just for the record.. the devs have never said how long hacking an enemy vehicle will take.
