I spend 95% of my time just sneaking around, flying a Galaxy or Liberator, or repairing things and rearming other players. I'm mostly an active support player for others.... As a result, I don't have much to show for it. :/

I'll try to find some video footage or something. Highly interested in playing. We can't let the VS win this!

EDIT: My primary character is TestyVenom01 on West 01 server.

EDIT 2: Ranked #113 for score, have BR 15, and #73 for kills (only 1807, but I do fly Gal's a LOT and mostly repair & rearm things) on West 01 server. Would be better had I not spent a decent amount of time on West 02.

I haven't made any planetside 2 videos but I have been playing in TWL (team warfare league) in counter-strike, battlefield, call of duty since over 5 years, mostly certed into reaver's in planetside but I wreck people on the ground too occasionally.

I'm an amazing Squad Leader. VG Proverbs here from Validus Gamers. We were the ones who completely cut off NC/VS warpgates on FNO denying them resources. I was the operation commander.

Simply stating the facts... bro. Every time I dropped in (at least a half-dozen times over a few days) you were reaverspamming everything in sight. I was in an air calv specialty outfit through most of PS1, but it's just not terribly entertaining to watch.

I'll drop in again some time to watch. I like watching people play PS/PS2 almost as much as I enjoy playing as long as they mix it up a bit.

You not stating any facts. Iron hasn't piloted Reaver much since nerf.

Iron plays Combat Medic, Vanguard, and Infiltrator. The only air you will see him flying around often is Galaxy. The #1 player on the East01 leadership board is a well rounded killwhore. That's a fact. :)

Pardon me, I am stating the facts. Every time I went into his stream he was reaverspamming. I never saw him on foot or in a tank. I could care less about his score or rank, it was boring to watch and so I went to watch someone else's stream.

In addition, I play on East 01 with my main and I've never seen Ironfist on the ground. Maybe it was just unfortunate timing whenever I joined the stream and coincidence I haven't seen him out of a Reaver in-game, but don't tell me I'm not stating any facts. :rolleyes:

Why are you so defensive about this? I simply pointed out an observation on my part, it's not really a big deal man. If Iron plays combined arms so be it, I've just not seen it, and I certainly don't care enough to start digging through archived footage. You seem to care more about this than Iron did... :huh:

i would really love to participate, but i am a fulltime support player and don´t feel comfortable with the support classes in ps2 yet. maybe if (or when) the support classes are overhauled and i found a working support playstyle, i would sign up for the nanite ned´s grape stompers and watch their backs.

Yes I can do good on all 3 empires but that doesn't mean it's remotely balanced at the moment.

Not to sound argumentative but I haven't seen any really terrible bugs in the game; Yeah we had some occasional falling through the world and iron sights being botched but for the most part and 95% of the time I had no issues. Now the way people were let into beta I don't think would have an effect on the leaderboard because most, if literally not all, has played CoD and has a fundemental understanding of how a FPS works. Lastly with balance, I don't see what everyone is in such a fuss about. I have played all three races extensively and go on kill streaks with all three just fine. I remember a time when gamers would adapt to the game given to them instead of whine about how it wasn't fair (not saying you're whining, I just mean as a general rule).

Leaderboards mean nothing. They haven't been reset in forever, so people who have been in since early August obviously have more kills than people who have just been getting in.

A leaderboard based on "kills" alone means nothing. What does matter is how people play together, and to take people with that amount of dedication to top the boards means they understand the sort of cohesion it takes to be in a decent squad.

I live and eat in my tanks. I drive a mean vanguard usually going for the lethal anti tank rounds, taking out armored divisions with sneaky back stabs. When it comes to sunderers i do anything in my way to keep an advance going. Weather it be blocking shells to allow infantry to advance or annoying the enemies by popping smoke canisters across there front line. When it comes to troop deploying i will put my sunderer in the most vital position, keeping it out of harms way while giving us a point to push from. When duty calls i role a lightning anti infantry cannon and use its light mobility to swerve and flank vital troop columns. When it comes to tanks i will drive any of them with prescion and skill, and always go for there weak spots while keeping team-mates out of harms way.
