Kind of short notice, but hey PSUers!

I'm doing a 24-hour PlanetSide stream (http://www.twitch.tv/nyctalgia1)(Will be playing PS2 as long as the servers permit) for the charity Child's Play (childsplaycharity.org) and I need your help!

I want to create a bunch of events that can happen all through the day, on both the US and EU servers.

So far I have these events planned out:

Chase the dove:
I'll be a "dove" in a scythe, while as many people as possible will try to take me down or protect me (you can choose which!). This event will most likely be on one of the EU servers to get the best latency.

Defend the base:
Get a bunch of people to try to defend a base from a massive zerg.

Flash Race:
Race from the VS warpgate to the crown to the NC warp gate. Let's get as many people as possible and catch them by surprise!

Outfit Ops:
Does your outfit have an op tomorrow? Let me join it! I'd love to showcase your outfit whether it be showing up your awesome flipping galaxies or your flash attack on the crown!

Other things you can help with:

Beta keys - So far I've had 5 keys donated to me, if you have any spare I'd love to take them out of your hands to hand out during the stream!

Publicity - I'd love if you could tweet/share/like/facebook the stream as it goes live, the more people we can get the more donations we can get for child's play!

Stream can be found here: http://www.twitch.tv/nyctalgia1

I hope as many people will be able to lend a hand as possible!

Regards,
Nyctalgia

How is this helping the charity?
By taking donations via the ChipIn widget on the stream page....

Exactly what Gryphon said. Donation widget on the stream page. ;)

charity stream... wtf.... I would prefer buying some cookies. if you want to do something good go out there and do something good. sitting in front of your computer and killing some smurfs wont help the children.

You must be pretty new to the streaming scene. This guy has raised over 112000 dollars (http://www.mariomarathon.com/). I'd love to see him raise that much selling cookies.

I'll also tell you the same thing I told the pessimist in the reddit post:

I'd love to spend 24-hours in tiger pen(or in your case, sell cookies), but that's not something I have the resources to do. I believe it's better that people do something for charity than sit around and think "I'd love to collect money for charity, if only I had five alligators and a bulldozer!".
I figure I'd do something the potential donators enjoy, myself I'd rather play PlanetSide 2 four times six hours or two times twelve hours than twenty-four in a row.
Though this is something I'd love to discuss on the stream. If you have any good suggestions of things I can do that people would enjoy watching, I'd love to hear them!
It's not like people want to see me sit and punch myself in the face for twenty-four hour straight. Okay, maybe they would, it does sound kind of awesome.

This is not a new concept, even PurrfectStorm has done it few times.

Not to mention Athene's operation Sharecraft that raised over million dollars.
