1.Out of what's been seen in the beta, polls, etc. What is, overall, the most played faction?

2. What is the recommended settings for this game?

3. What are the fundamental play style differences between the factions?

1. imo VS

2. I think by default everything is set to High.
Maybe the Tweak 0.1 Guide can help you if that is giving you poor performance.

It might just be my experience but atleast from what I seen it seems like Terran is the most played.

3) NC = shotgun-like, TR = minigun-like, VS = plasmaweapon-like

What are some really great pieces of advice for someone who's never played Planetside but who's really interested in playing Planetside 2? Is it very similar to the same combat and deployment style of Battlefield or...?

What is the biggest difference between Planetside 2 and the original planetside? There are no plans to add BFRs right??
