5.1 does not work again

Since the last big patch, this UserOptions.ini trick with UseFloat32Output=0 setting doesnt work anymore. Anyone know a solution to make the rear speakers actually make an output sound? Im using Sound blaster Titanium Xfi?

24bit 192000hz sound is broken too, have to keep turning the sound quality down.
