TNG is the pwnage. Patrick Steward, and Marina Sirtis. Not to say DSN and Voyager aren't close seconds. TOS has too terrible acting for me to watch.

TNG is close to TOS, but not as great to watch

DS9 was evilness *great ending!!!*

Voyager = evilness *great ending!! and 8472 KA!!!!*

Enterprise = has a lot of potential, will have to wait for it to grow, I mean, the 1st 2 (and some of the 3rd) seasons of TNG = very bad when looked at season 4-999

but WHERE is the choice for enterprise???

You guys ever remember the star Destroyer vs enterprise thing? or the SW vs ST universe?

that was funny stuff, I got into the final power output and vertual/nonvertual destruption of phasers and photons vs torpedos and lazers
*not even close, ST phasers phase matter vs lazer heating/cutting things, and photons that were 10 times more powerful than nukes in TNG and only affected a direct area, not to mention quantum torps that can take out all of north america vs torpedos that are not even close*
not to mention shields, manovering, speed, tracking, etc that ST has far better of :p

Q vs the Force: snaps fingers, and force dosnt exist, nor does the enemy.

All of the above isn't plausible. The poll is "What is your favorite Star Trek"... All of the above is just... No.
I probobly forgot Eneterprise because it's overly romantic at points, and the intro begs to differ that it is in fact 'the best'.
It's not like I have anything against Enterprise, I just don't watch it as much as the others.

Apparently, multiple people are angered by the verity that I had forgotten the series "Enterprise". So, I have decided to post this official message: I'm sorry, I just don't watch it as much as Deep Space Nine, The Original Series, Voyager, and The Next Generation. I rushed through the poll and forgot to add Enterprise.

but back to the point at hand :p

it is much better here in that issue than in most places *cough* Official PS forums *cough*

We dont have many evil members, but we do have a lot of sarcastic members :p

This truly is a great community here at PSU, and the greater majority of the people, the greater majority of the time are just here to have fun, and more than willing to go out of their way to help inform people about the game. This community is has got to be one of the best I have ever had the privilege to be a part of.

IE: In this specific case, I for one at least, would have reacted the same sarcastic way regardless of who posted it. (I am MrVulcan, I have to post critics, and sarcasms about all things Trek, it just works that way :p )

Also, I find that most of the flames, etc on this board come from questions that can be found in the FAQ or other easy to find material, such as "when is the game going to be out", etc. But even that is much less here than in other places as most people here if anything, still try and help those who post like that :p *or it could be that we are all just too lazy to post flames about the same thing over and over again.... :p j/k*

But in the end, this is a very good and welcoming community

The original series owns everything. It was great. :lol: They had a real sense of humor and didn't take themselves so seriously.

TNG et al . . . crap. I mean, real crap. :P The first 3 Star Wars' had the same kind of sense of humor and humanity as the original ST's as well as much better production values, sense of adventure etc.

I know, TOS is probobly my favorite of all time... But currently, DS9. Only because school cuts into the time I can watch most episodes of TOS and TNG. :D
