Username, here PSU or SOE (Planetside) Account?

Create a new one, thats teh only way.

If you mean PSU username, then no, from what I remember of UBB, unless Hamma delved into the database and manually changed it, theres no way.

And if you mean PSU account then your in the wrong forum...
