Name reserve did i miss it again?

so i just got back in from out of town to see once again the name reserves were reset from wed the 7 i checked at 12 noon Nov 7 before i left for the airport and all was well got back today and once again my name is not reserved and a new one is that its seems to be shut down again is this a not yet ready again or did i miss it?

seems to be a server error just logged back in and the name is back reserved if anyone got this bug just reload and it should be there. hopefully that helps people so they don't freak out like i did =P
