G37 Error
G37 errors are almost always caused by the game servers being down or unavailable at that time. In these cases you may see a G11 or G12 error as well. If you continue to receive the error, please check the forums for server news and try again later.
A less common cause is a missing file in the game client. Go to the LaunchPad Settings menu (wrench icon) and click Validate Game Assets. The client will restore any missing or corrupted files. When the check is finished, launch the game again. If the problem persists, please contact Technical Suppor

The servers are currently down applying a patch I believe.
If you press the spanner icon on the launcher, then look sa server list, you can see the status.

Too all who enter here ....the game just launched....
*There will be problems (there almost aways is)
*Expect problems for a few days (then intermitantly as they patch the game)
*Expect the game to be down for Server Maintnance (it will happen, it always does)
*Welcome to online gaming (it's not perfect science, it never has been even if you paid)
*Read the list above again (Drink some booze, smoke some weed, just chill out)
Truthfully if you don't have the patience and understanding to weather a bumpy launch for a few hours and days then PS2 might not be for you.
For another example it's obvious dispote Hamma's best efforts PSU is expiriencing lag and other issues due to high traffic....is it so shocking the day of the PS2 launch??? It's to be expected....
Lastly...ANYONE who points out that they PAID for a free 2 play game in a forum to leverage their argument for better customer service is a MORON.....it's F2P you had a choice and thus take the accountability for the choice.
