Oh my...terrible lag the last few days

Tonight was unplayable for me on Lysithea. I was getting terrible stutters, and mouse-lag. At times my FPS would drop to below 10 for a split second. Any time I tried to free-look in the Scythe, it lagged.

I don't think it was on my end, since all my other games still run great, and Planetside2 was running very smoothly before the last couple patches. I tried my other character on Thebe, and though it seemed better I was still getting bad stutters, and mouse freezes.

Anybody else?

I've seen some lag but nothing out of the ordinary.

What you experienced is not lag. You seem to have poor fps, which is not lag. Poor fps can be related to lag, but don't have to be, usually their cause is on the client side.
