It seems like a very underused weapon right now. I picked it up as soon as I logged in, and it's amazing. The lash damage seems to be good where it is, but the devs need to remove the annoying friendly fire sound when you hit yourself with it.

The orbs do a good amount of damage and I feel that the CoF is just right.. it's a HA weapon, it shouldn't be able to tackle targets at range. The RoF could be a little bit slower, while giving the orbs a bit of a damage buff, but I'm not really complaining about that.

The clip size definitely needs to be reduced. I can fire it for way too long, you don't have to think about your ammo count. 30-40 sounds like a good amount of shots.

Apart from all of that, it really needs a shooting sound!

I love it, i bought it in the beta when it was the Ghost Buster version, but then I bought it again after release and I don't regret it at all, one of the best feeling Vanu guns i'd say.

First off, i really like the weapon.

However, i feel like the AoE lash effect is a little outdated, and is a throwback from PS1 that doesn't really work into this game.

In PS1, you fired down corridors at pretty much anything you could hit half of the time, where as in this game you're aiming at one thing specifically.

I just got a tripple kill in about as many seconds with the lasher because of its AoE effect. I was at Nott on Es firing into one of those tunnels that go under the wall. That made me think, thats the only time i've really noticed the AoE part at work because those spaces are super confined.

I agree with the clip size, 40 sounds about right. But 75 is insane. You can just keep firing for too long.

I feel that the Lash effect works very well. It gives you a bit of forgiveness for slightly missing, since the direction that the next orb fires is always unpredictable. I think that without the lash, it would be at a disadvantage to the JH/MCG.

I absolutely love this weapon. I just wish it sounded different when fired.

I think the clip size is a balanced convenience for the Lasher. After all, it is partly meant for cover fire and has slower moving projectiles.

Mechanic seems like it will be good after a bit of tweaking. The sound and visual effects are still really bad though. They really need to throw them away completely and start from scratch. No jaggy lightning bolts, and clickity clicks. Stick with the deferred beam look and give the gun more of a bass heavy "woosh" sound.

Its only good, for near distance or smaller places indoor, because the spread is a little to wide. Damage 4 Balls is fine !

I find it situational.
Like a shotgun.

So many fights it's not the best weapon - or you wish you had something else as the fighting just changed.

Ohh nice, they changed the Lasher back from Ghostbuster-Gun to the old one!?

I really need to buy i today!
I hope the Orbs have a good speed and lash-effect.

75 Ammo is good. Its a suppression weapon, like the MCG. Not a Shotgun
