You know what I want is a heavy urban-type map.
It doesn't simply have to be one map with nothing but outpost structures and paved roads from one end to the other, instead make a map with half fields and the other half heavily urbanized.
I envision just a gigantic outpost like area, with actual outposts and bases strewn within it. The roads can be a simple grid system or they can go all over the place. Point being is that while you can bring tanks in, but do so at your own risk as you won't know what's around the next corner.
They can even make a simple story line that it was some anceint culture and the buildings could look like a crumbling American city, or just do outpost boxes in a city structured manner, doesn't matter, although the latter would be simpler to implement.
In any regards, a fifty fifty mix of urban on one side or maybe in the middle, with fields and forests occupying the rest would be extremely fun and allow for a change of pace in fighting environments without having to leave the map.
