Truth. The pops were actually even globally. We took the first 2 continents during peak time and made a start on Amerish, once people saw we were close to it they pilled onto the continent while NC/TR went to hit Indar/Esamir & we can really close to just exchanging one continent for the other.

It was allot of fun, allot of good fights over all three continents and at quite a few stages in the night NC/TR put up some really impressive defenses, we just had the momentum and held just long enough for the 3 cap.

If it wasn't for challenging opponents in the Terran Republic and the New Conglomerate this first time victory on Planetside 2's Matterson server would not be as sweet.

Vanu also were the first faction to lock a continent on the server Genudine on launch day. Made me proud and I should mention that in one of my upcoming videos sometime.

lol Yeah Test was bragging about being first to EVER lock Indar. Also they claimed no one ever did it in beta... BUT! VS locked indar in beta on lythesia and VS on Waterson locked indar 3 days in. But grats to my VS brothers and sisters for the triple lock, keep up the good work.

i think the devs made a good decision when they added the contlock feature. people have a goal again and are proud when they achive it.

Ya i spent the better part of yesterday evening defending our NC 3 cap on connery. Its pretty fun going back and forth to conts saving those last few bases and pushing until another cont calls your name.

Knowing Mattherson and the time of posting, it was probably cont locked by someone else an hour later when all the VS left. 3am back-locking is notorious on our server. I noticed that there was some VS giving Enclave a serious headache that night and I'm assuming it's you guys.

Not to sound sour over it but it's not a huge accomplishment until you can manage it during prime time hours. I see the VS do lots of 3 AM zerg pushes one continent at a time on Mattherson, and its a bit unsportsmanlike lol. Though if you guys have Outfits who can only play at night then I guess there is no helping it. But maybe you should have chosen US West then.
