Been wondering for a bit does each consecutive battle rank get you a new cert or x amt of cert points to spend on a cert. So it may take two lvl ups to get say Galaxy that costs 8 cert points. Or is it every time i level up i get a new cert to choose (totaling 21 certs)

pretty sure 1 level= 1 cert point

god i hope so. I wanna be a flexible soldier after 3 months of play. After a whole year theroreticaly out of your 4 chars per server u could have access to every cert

well you could have access to every cert even if you dont have 4 chars. you can change certs at any time. but if you mean having all certs without changing any, yes that would be cool:)
