Trial weapon issues?

Hey all,
I went to try out a weapon last night, for the first time, and I was unable to. I navigated my way to the correct area, and I found the "Try Now" button, but it didn't seem to work. I clicked a few times, then tried a different weapon, but it wasn't letting me try anything. I understand there's only one trial for every 8 hours or so, but I couldn't even try the first one out. Is there some sort of trick to this or has it gone down or something?

You try checking the appropriate class for the first weapon you unlocked in the loadout screen? I bet it was there, but you have to manually equip it. It's probably gone by now.

I checked, got nothing. It happened to my friend on the same server as well. Neither of us could use trial weapons at all, and it was our first time attempting to use the trials. He played earlier today and it worked for him, so I'll log in later tonight and see if its working.
