I had that info since early closed beta, it wasn't that hard to get a hold of it if you knew a bit of reverse engineering.
Is that info approved by them? they should simply start releasing it themselves.

Some data doesn't sound right to me. For example automatic TR scout rifle SOAS-20 has 20 bullets per magazine, not 10. This kinda undermines credibility of any other number.

I saw this earlier on the SOE forums. Does anybody know what the recoil numbers mean? Are the numbers the maximum possible recoil for that direction per shot? Some of the left arrows are negative; does this mean the recoil is guaranteed to go right?

Not sure what the numbers mean, especially when both are positive. I also concluded it must indicate some sort of probability.

This same confusing information is in the API.
