Hey, I'm thinking about getting some new wepeons for the sunderer. Right now it is unclear to me which weapon does more damage vs tanks. the standard basilisk or the Bulldog. In the wiki it says, the bulldog does some damage to Armored on direct hits. How high is this damage? Is the Bulldog an upgrade or an downgrade in Tank fights compared to the basilisk?

I run with 2x Bulldogs and I think they do reasonable dmg on vehicles.
And of course they clean up infantry.
They also create a shitload of smoke and fire when they hit so that is a pain in the arse for those on the receiving end as well.
Now the Fury, I would never waste my certs on that.
Tried it in beta in comparison to the bulldog and it just doesnt feel right and has no splash dmg for infantry so its not real versatile.
...imo.
You need to jump in a vehicle with the bulldog so you can try it out, you already know how the basilisk is.

its hard to find one with bulldogs... so how is the aiming part for it? today me and a friend defeated two sunderers after another on the traverse in esamir. at least one of them had bulldogs on them, i repaired the sunderer while my friend manned one of the cobalt turrets and shot them. i had upgraded my repair tool a bit maybe that was the reason for the win but i never lost my shields from the splash damage and saw the enemy miss quite a few times... didnt looked impressive...

My clan runs sundies with 2x bulldogs, they are great to use and unless you have absolutely no air defense there is no reason not to get them. The only thing they cant kill well is air (not damage-wise mind you, gunner aim).

Better to have a Bulldog than a Fury. Note that Kobalts only damage infantry.

A pair of bulldogs can kill a single man MBT if all the shots land on point. You would have to get close but with the dual bulldogs I wouldn't be afraid to.
