how do you get vechicles??

How do you obation veichles? do you buy them or just get them for free. do you have to wait if you want to get more of the same one? just wondering because me and my friends wanna have an all aircraft outfit and i wanna know how u get them.

I'm tempted to just tell you to use search, but here it goes

First, you have to get a cert (http://www.planetside-universe.com/content.php?p=sdCertInfo) for the vehicle, then you have to find a vehicle pad at a base you hold, then, depending on what type of facility the base is and what other types you hold on the continent, you can walk up to the pad and get a vehicle. If you lose it, you have to wait for a timer to run out before you can get another one. The only reasons you won't be able to get a vehicle is if the base doesn't have it for whatever reason, the base is out of NTUs, or if your timer hasn't run out.
