These kind of things happen way too often. The servers will be empty if they kick everbody who is lagging.

First guy was doing it for about 20 minutes. I just decided to record it at the end.

I'm pretty sure he's cheating because every single time he had no trouble hitting me but as you can see he was impossible to hit more than once.

And no, they wouldn't have empty servers, I ran into 3 people doing that in 2 hours.

I was doing it the other night, according to the hate tells I was reported by an entire Outfit and should enjoy my ban. :(

Honestly, it's impossible to tell which people are intentionally lagging, unintentionally lagging or just bugged. I live in Texas, play on the East Coast and my ping was 23, according to my Mumble. Half of my bullets just went right through whatever I was shooting but noone could seem to hit me so I got mad kills. I relogged and still had the issue. Gave up, logged off.

I wonder if that's what I look like to people. I get complaints all the time about my warping. Just so you know, though, to a guy who is lagging all the time, everybody is doing that.

How is he so damn accurate if everyone looks like that?

It'd be less fishy if he wasn't massacring everyone.

If he's super efficient and doesn't miss, my guess would be that he's hacking his system clock which can simulate speed hacking and create an intentional warp for himself to other players without experiencing the same side effect on his side. Warp cheats were popular when I was competing in CS and early R6 games.

Huh, that sounds like some Star Trek shit.

It felt like it. I ran into him 3 - 4 times and every time he was all over the place while killing me in a second or two.

I had a friend have the same experience against him.

Saw a guy on miller last night who seem to have the equivalent of the suit from crysis, b-stard git away before I could q him.

Asides from that obvious cheating, unfortunately even people with really good connections can sometimes have short periods of network packetloss. I don't frankly know an easy way of policing the system without generating a lot of false positives.
