These things perform fairly identically (even the reload seems the same) but the barrage's extended magazine doubles the magazine size while the mauler only gets four more shots for the same cert.

At first I thought maybe the mauler also now gets 12 as I just certed in it, but I just logged into my nc guy and the mauler is still only at 10 shots.
This is actually a big difference IMO, as you can take out another target before reloading.
I don't get it?
