Normal day in the life of a Lib crew ;)

If there are no enemy ESF's to spoil the party, that is...

However, many outfits are fielding some serious AA batteries lately on my server. Last night I was fighting alongside 3 dual-burster AA MAX's for about an hour in my Skyguard. Our little patch of airspace was kept very clean. No Lib's farmed our Sunderers.

As more and more people realise that AA is essential for survival, these Lib farming sessions will become part of history.

Man... just the other day I was thinking that I should put a PS2 video together to Crystallize by Lindsey Stirling... that violin always makes me think of PlanetSide.

But it looks like someone beat me to the punch, damn it! :(

Good thing got dibs. Usually when I make a vid it's because I'm inspired by some particular music. In this case I wanted to make a video and couldn't come up with some music. I wasn't sure how the community would respond to violins, but tons of people loved the tracks.

Back when PS1 was going on, I was into metal and really wanted to do a Reaver vid to Dragula by Rob Zombie. Some day I may actually do it, but my tastes have moved on a bit towards electronica and dubstep (my handle actually has nothing to do with electro music, I'm an electronics nut).

But yeah, I was rockin' out in the car the other day, hit that song in a playlist I hadn't listened to in a month or two, had some PlanetSide flashbacks because of the epic violin, and was inspired in the same way it sounds like you were. Good music can do that!

I hear ya. Back in my big time guitar playing days I transitioned into a lot of metal. Now I usually can't stand it. I still maintain that "Waking the Fallen" (Avenged Sevenfold) is my favorite album of all time, and one of these days I'll get around to using a song from them.

inb4 that's not metel... sorta is.

Awesome video, just started my lib carreer myself, nothing feels better than finding that sweet spot for your gunner. Music wise i think a vieo with this is in order tho :

That's a really cool video man, show's what's possible when the opposing team(s) don't work together and ask for some AA to TAKE CARE OF THAT ****ER KILLING THE WHOLE EMPIRE!!

She's pretty cute, but that violin... that's all I need. Dubstep violin has filled a void in my life. In part, I blame PS1... I think that electric violin did something to me.

The thing that irks me about the lib part is that the pilot probably didn't get anywhere near the exp the gunner did.

yeah I was 2manning a magrider with some guy and like, we were farming infantry and he had the saraon. and tldr I ended up with 230 kills in 1.5 hours and was like "wow we got so much xp I got 500 certs" and he's like "I only got 200".

Yea. The reason he even got as much as he kept hitting tight groups of infantry with the splash of it and I'd wipe 'em up and he'd get the assists.

I generally have a sauron as my secondary gun because I generally gun my own tanks and use it to shoot down air / tanks.

i don't use it to xp farm

Yea i use it the same way, snipe tanks, annoying wall turrets or open on a tank i get the jump on then switch back to the vpc to finish.

yeah that's pretty much how I use it

I also love using mag burner to get behind enemy tanks then firing VPC, seat swapping firing Sauron, seat swapping firing VPC for easy kills

i can't believe seat seat swapping is in the game tbh
