Can anyone tell me the difference between the Enforcer ML85 and the E540 Halberd? The description on the wiki says the Enforcer fires missiles. Do these lock onto enemy vehicles whereas the Halberd does not? Anyone know?

Neither lock on anymore, however Enforcer fires a dropless missile. Halberd, however does slightly more damage to vehicles.
As a matter of fact Halberd is a second "nerfed" tank HEAT cannon.

Halberd does slightly more damage to vehicles, I'm pretty sure.

So one or both used to lock on? Shame that they don't anymore

Enforcer used to be lockon, but that was so obviously OP, that noone even defended it much. So instead of balancing it out, which would've been hard as hell, devs just removed the lockon as a whole.

Enforcer was a pretty skilless thing with lock on. Makes for boring tank combat if you know you will hit, even while not aiming or timing. Only issue it had was not locking onto partial visibility (locking spot was pretty low on a frame) and you had to fire before the enemy reached cover. It even followed across terrain heights and hills so despite its slow projectile speed, it was pretty easy to use if the target was not hull-down.
Tbh, it was utterly boring to use. (Miss dynamic vehicle dogfight combat so much...).
