Trying to create an account problems

:(:(:(:( I'm trying to create my account to start playing and it keeps giving me this message "Please indicate that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy." and I have checked both boxes that are there. I have checked both boxes and it still is saying that, can anyone give me any help?????
