I've looked all over for info on this but I havent been able to turn up anything except that troops can bail out of galexies.

Question: Can vehicles (I.E. Buggys and Lightnings) bail from moving galexies. And if so at what alltitudes?

One of the more recent previews stated that the user bailed his ANT out of a Galaxy and took a heap of damage, so I'd like to see a source stating this.

anyone know the EXACT things that can be bailed out of the galixy? I know a prowler is out of the question but what about Lightings and the kick ass hummers...

anything can be dropped from a galaxy..whether or not it is intact when it lands is another question.

more like, anything that can fit in a galaxy can be dropped out.. ant, harasser, wraith, empire specific buggy, basilisk for instance.

So this confirms my suspicion that vehicles do not have kenetic dampeners?

Anything that can fit in can bail at any time, any altitude. However, I don't think they have Kinetic Dampeners. Warborn pointed out at one time that if they had KDs, there would be no point to landing the Galaxy unless you're loading.

actually landing and droppong of passengers would be a lot more stealth, considering that the kinetic dampeners glow bright blue when th activate

Hmmm...huge 100+ foot long aircraft with jet engines. Or a 2 foot radius of blue aura...which would people be more likely to see/hear?

it probably be more than 1 bright blue aura in a para drop, unless your just dropping off 1 infil or somethin on the lines of that for a covert mission. but heres a thought, maybe bailing out with the KDs still hurt you when you land. same with vehichles. so if you wanted to do a raid with all your health, you would think about landing

If KDs kick in, no damage. Too LOW, KDs don't kick in and you take damage. This needs to be in a FAQ. DAMAGE NEGATION, NOT REDUCTION. Said many times. Even though more than one aura, rather have that (and their view of me/my squaddies' aura likely blocked with one of many structures) than landing the dropship anywhere NEAR the enemy and risk getting blown with the Galaxy.

If there was fog, then the galaxys could just fly in it and drop the 4 foot wide blue shinny things. Now which object is most likly to be seen?

And landing then letting out the load is stealthier....for once the lil light (kd) that you gota fall with will give away your position, but if you land...wheres the lil blue light?

Also the kd will give away possitions if you drop a pack of hackers or stealthers right over an enemy base. Why? Turrets. They will wip the hell outa you.

And from what I hear bou what can be lifted into a galaxy is a buggie, heavyr buggie, lightning, ANT, AMS (not sure bout this one). And they all can be dropped too. What comes in, must come out.
