Lets not forget that the "Phoenix" will not have camera mode :(

Yep, they were not ready to show off the empire specific RL's just yet but they did say the Phoenix would not be the same.

I understand why Phoenix camera mode would be considered OP right now, but it wouldn't be a problem if the vehicles weren't made out of paper mache.

The entire vehicle game would be so much more fun if they had 3 times the health (excluding aircraft)

nope

On a related note, I wonder if the Phoenix will be like the Scorpion? That'd be interesting, it already kind of looks like it.

Just get rid of the back weak point, that'll balance things out now.

always think that they should have fixed the models of the current guns first instead of pushing new weapons

Well at least all the new ones are unique. Remember, they are a business above all else. More cost effective to release new weapons than spend all sorts of time on old ones.

Err...so what so special about the Phoenix if it no longer has a camera mode? Let me guess, a shotgun disguised as a rocket launcher?

nope

Actually, it would - but only if there'd be six times less vehicles.

They dont show you what the individual mag count is from the logo.. BUT the total ammo pool is 200, since you generally get 5 mags total for a gun. Im calling it now the 3 SMGS will have large mags: the TR one has 60, the VS one has 50 round mag, NC one has 45round mag, when jimmy fires the VS SMG for the last time, the ammo pool is 159 rounds. He emptys a clip and reloads it goes down to 109. The NC smg, 197 and goes down to 152. Maggies says mag counts arent final but seeing the TRs drum mag, im inclined to think they are true. The amount counts seem to fall in line with design phislophy

TLDR:
TR SMG: 60 round mag
VS SMG: 50 round mag
NC SMG: 45 round mag

Also when he buys the VS smg, notice that there are 5 shotguns for purchase. So im calling another thing.. For the GU3, there will be 2 pump shotguns per faction. They are also 750Cert cost.

I want my PS1 Phoenix back. Why they hell would I want to buy it if they removed what made it awesome.

Kind of figured they wouldn't bring back the phoenix. For one NC would be sniper bait with it. I hope they don't make it like the new AV turret. Was really hoping they'd change the lock-on rocket launchers to a wire guided version instead since lock-on is kind of taking the skill out of using AV weapons.

As for the Phoenix... really, lock on launchers are OK, but camera guided is OP?...

It's not like you're forced to stand in place or anything while guiding it

Where the Phoenix really shined was hitting tanks MAXes and even people hiding behind walls or on top of structures.

I dont think there is any point in comparing it to lock on launchers.

That's a lowcut top.

Not complaining. Just sayin'.

NC and VS guns look so pimp, slags.

It shouldn't be to much like the AVMT. With the AVMT you can't move at all and render as a vehicle. For HA guided rockets they should still be able to move about at ADS speeds and duck in and out of cover. If anything the phoenix may be able to be a no drop RPG like the AVMT. Fire dead at a target and run away, just don't go ADS till it lands or the rocket will be guided again.
