Headshotting stationary targets with a gun that has no bullet drop???? Egads!

In all seriousness, the skill is obviously there; even if she weren't using a Vanu sniper, I imagine she could beast. But it takes a lot of the "wow" away from the video when you're using a gun that is basically "point and click at head, score kill", since you don't have to adjust for bullet drop or much else.

edit- My friend says Vanu snipers do have bullet drop. Hmm..

Yes, Vanu bolt action sniper rifles have bullet drop. The Parallax is pretty much the same as the NC's Longshot and the TR's RAMS.

Its just that The Bolt guns do have Bullet drop, but I can clearly see that the X was on Targets heads from miles away, so it didnt drop, but it does for me.....

You'll only notice the bullet drop on the Parallax (or the Longshot or RAMS, for that matter) at like 100m or so (really bad estimate, but you get the idea, it's "faaaar" :p), but it's definitely there.

Yep confirmed, there is slight bullet drop but at distances of where she was shooting those infantry, the bullet drop is hardly noticeable.

So for all intents and purposes, no bullet drop *depending on distance* Once you try hitting people 120+Meters away, you have to compensate

Yup, and it's pretty nice with the render tweaks on Indar/Matherson... I can actually tell there is drop on the Parallax... you just have to shoot something insanely far from you. (which has been near impossible prior to this as the targets would disappear prior to seeing the drop... lol)

I've actually been making shots now that have a mil or two of drop in the 12x scope.... (350m+) One of the many reasons I've actually been enjoying the Indar perpetual three-ways again... (was getting very sick of them prior to the render change)

The TR RAM does it equally well at that distance. You only really notice the bullet drop past 175 meters or so.. Or for quick reference, when people start getting smaller that 2 black blobs high on your scope.

According to the raw weapon data, its exactly the same weapon (all the bolt actions are identical vs their faction equivalents) All stats identical. The only thing that is different is the weapon model which can make it appear like it's reloading faster/slower when it's really the same.
