How do you do the cheat where you fire 2 missiles at once?

My poor MAX just got wiped out from full health to 0 by 1 HA shooting 2 ML-7 missiles at once.

Its a bug. And 1 of the rockets doesn't to damage.

Yep. The second missile is just a visual artifact from the game engine. The missile and explosion's graphics exist, but the actual projectile and damage radius don't.

I've heard it's a bug and the second rocket doesn't do damage... yet my kill was exactly as I said:

100% full health.... HA rounds the corner... 2 ML-7's hit me instantly... kill report shows 2 rockets both from same guy... nothing else.

1 rocket shot will OHK infantry. Also it only shows what dmg done with what weapon. Not how many shots actaully hit you

It's still annoying to deal with because it gets kind of hard to keep track of which missiles are real and which ones aren't when you're dealing with multiple heavies who use this bug.

I don't think it's a case of players abusing an exploit. It's a random graphics bug/glitch that really has no impact in game other than to freak you out and make you think people are cheating.

As for OHK on Maxes, I think I've actually OHK'ed one with a rocket, also at very close range as well. I don't think it's impossible at all.

Some info, like the details of this bug, should be stickied somewhere. Because people keep asking 'em.
