Claimed character doesn't show up in Claimed tab of outfit

My character RedFoxVS is claimed by me as you can see here: http://www.planetside-universe.com/character.php?stats=5428011263292357521

However, if I look in the Claimed tab on the outfit page the character doesn't show up: http://www.planetside-universe.com/outfit.php?stats=37509528949369091&tab=claimed

I have tried to release and reclaim the character but that didn't help.

That is strange - we will look into it.

It appears to be showing now. It wasn't showing up as you said, then within 5 minutes I started to get ready to look into the issue and it showed up....
