There are still threads in the Roadmap forum (http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/index.php?forums/roadmap.59/). Only the Pump Action Shotguns have been moved to Completed Features (http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/index.php?forums/completed-features.62/).

I'd guess that the moving to Archives is automatic.
