Check your connection, CPU and RAM.
Probably can't keep up with rendering the greater amount of players.

It may simply be that the additional amount of players, plus improved render distance, means that you are encountering a lot more players in your render distance than before, which is probably what is causing your FPS loss.

EDIT: Also, can someone make a rule about these posts where the OP needs to post their system specs. There's really no way to help if we don't know what your rig is.

TBH I don't see much point. If they don't put there system specs in I seriously doubt they will bother reading any kind of rules/tips on this forum, be it a sticky in the forum or the big RULES at the top of the page.
