I know it is against EULA, so it will never complete, but really? lol
I bet there is enough information about this character for SOE to pin down who it is.
378 kills at Level 34? No wonder they are selling. I bet if you use the API you could figure out who this is. (Not to witch hunt, just to be sluethy)

Interested to see how high this goes up. I bet it could actually sell well since they spent cash on unlocks and still have that SC sitting there with a membership.

I would not bet on that. It's harder on ebay.com but a lot of account auctions actually pass through. Depending on the region you use ebay selling/buying accounts is not a problem at all.
They should simply implement their own account auction and take a cut. It's either taking a cut or get nothing. There are already plenty of websites specializing in account selling and the market is increasing every year.

SOE runs Everquest 2 and I am almost certain you could buy/sell all in-game items or even accounts on select approved servers that had the AH feature to do so.
SOE could implement the same system for Planetside 2. Not that I have ever bought an account before, but if I was I think I would prefer to go through the owner of the IP since they can actually track the whole transaction to make it legit.

Remember guys, he is not selling his account. His account is the property of SOE. He is selling the "time" that he invested into the account, and then accidentally leaving his log in information in a place that the buyer can see it, and then accidentally not playing anymore, and then never reporting that somebody else is playing his account.
At least that is how we used to have to do it with Everquest.
PS. Selling Skull Shaped Barbute on the Erollisi Marr server, $50.

Why would someone even want to buy a BR 34 account?
Its lame to buy any account b ut but if it was 65 or something I could at least understand that some people might want it for all the certs involved.

Because it comes with SC and a membership for a cost much less than "retail".

BR 34 with 50% of the leadership certs unlocked... AND with only 8 medals and a low kill count the total certs on that account is pretty low.
I think you are buying the unlocks and left over SC... and alpha squad.
Still a border line buy if you look at it from a 3x station cash perspective. If you could reset certs maybe.
