Dude, don't ask here, this place is a place for real hardcore fans of the game, like me that is playing this game since the beta of planetside 1.
The awnser is: they need to make money, those features doesn't make money to them.

Also the VR training can make some of the features listed there and the orbital strike wasn't very popular in the roadmap so they pushed it to later in this year.

Don't ask questions about Planetside 2 in a Planetside 2 forum?... The VR Training zone doesn't substitute any of those features.

my guess is they are still working on them and they have been pushed back a bit. I know they are working hard on the OS just because they want them balanced and the spectator mode got downgraded to oblivion.

What ever you do dont look at what March has listed and therefore should be expecting to see partially in the next two weeks (as per cadence).

Should be clear now that stuff will be released when they are ready to release it.
You have an opportunity to discuss the stuff in the official forums but do not expect it to be released exactly as per the Roadmap.
The Roadmap got a little off track very early on.

Next week we'll get the new rocket launchers, they are going to generate a nice chunk of cash flow so they need to be right.

What we get in the GU05 due the week after next is any ones guess, probably some "February" stuff.

Anyway I think for the next week or so we're meant to be focusing on/discussing/distracted by the info regarding proposed hex adjacency graph for Indar.
Might even see Esamir to stretch it out a little longer.

Don't mind him, he's just a wee bit cranky.

Well if something didn't make it into the GU then it's safe to say that said feature wasn't ready. It's become clear that the roadmap isn't set in stone feature or release wise.
I agree with the others about these features just being pushed back, we'll see.:p

It has been clearly indicated right from the start of the Road map revelation that these features can always slip. This still is software development we're talking about.

If you can't understand that then this won't be the last time you'll be disappointed...:)

Shhhh troll, we all saw your other thread.

To OP... Yeah I kept posting that on every medium SOE uses... Still no response.. Honestly the 6 month plan to fully implement will be closer to 10-11 months.

Common sense is your responce: Software development doesnt go with a timeline, it goes with "when its ready"

Obviously, said features werent ready. They may come in a week, they may come in a month, maybe some of it gets skipped completly because plans change.

btw, the whole new territory system was unplanned and never appeared on the roadmap. Its quite likley that a good bunch of time went into that. Not to mention all the other things that can eat away a lot of time and are completly unplanned.

edit: and now, detail time!

Regional Empire Priority System

Very likley that they skip that for now due to the new territory system. Adding new thing for a system that is going to be changed heavily is a waste of time.

Increase the number of vehicle cosmetic slots

Dunno. Plentyo f reasons why this isnt here yet tho. Example: add 2 cosmetic items to one vehicle, and they may overlap, causing silly looks. Means they literally have to test for that, means they have to test ALL potential combinations on ALL vehicles, and then restrict useage of said combinations (quick, but makes community angry) or fix things up so everything works together (slow, but makes community happy)

Separate Score from Experience

Dunno.

Daily Medals/Achievements

Dunno.

Orbital Strike

Delayed for a loooonnnnggg time. Hopefully they will never come.

Spectator Mode

This could actually be in right now. Spec mode was never ment to be somethign that everyone can use. It was ment to be something certain people can use.
