As soon as possible. Not because I'm dieing to get into beta, but open beta should last lil less than a month, or else the release date would be postponed for 2 more months or sumtin.

Also if it was like some time later, remember that the people that get the cds in the mail will have to wait a week or 2 for the cd to arrive.
