Well, it did for me. Somehow I didn't see any microstuttering anymore, but that might be since I changed my settings to test some stuff. So everything was going well, but suddenly I started to get a lot of fps drops and the screen froze for a second or two, then few seconds of normal gaming and again, fps drops and screen froze. This kept going on and then I logged out. Wasn't a memory leak, cpu and gpu usage were in their "normal" low levels, there was no heat problems either, so that must be a problem with the engine again. :(
