Not trying to beat my own drum here, but moments like this is what makes planetside so great.

I hope everyone experiences moments like these. That'll keep them hooked for years.
Complete with the anti-climatic fall to my death. LOL

"Roof. Canopy. Whatever, I don't give a shit - shoot 'em!"
Lol.
...but being able to run round the back of the bridge support on that tiny little ledge is just broken.

That was incredibly manly.
lol @ all the people who complain about this game not working as an E-Sport. That video shows what happens when you have an organized platoon doing work.

Bridge fights are best fights. This just proves it.
That was incredibly manly.

That was really cool.
We never have good Outfit vs. Outfit fights like this on Waterson. Most outfits only field one or two squads. 95% of people play casually in unorganized/random outfits, and the outfits with some leadership never get new recruits and have bad retention.
The outfits that do have the numbers usually abuse their position and only engage in fights they know they can overwhelm the enemy. It at least appears that way, because the way the game is designed now: alpha strikes with many tanks and many numbers will allow you to lock down the enemy base before the defenders can muster a defense (unless the defenders are in a single outfit with equal numbers, they won't be able to muster a solid defense quick enough).
Day after day XoO defends bases versus platoon size armies with only 1-2 squads. It doesn't work. The best we can do is delay the enemy before the spawn camping by vehicles ends our efforts (can't shoot AV through spawn room shields). The only alternative is to circumvent the enemy and ghost cap, but that isn't very fun.

A big thank you to TRG and 666 for giving us a fight on Amerish last night! Was lots of fun.

Everytime WMBA runs into XOO, I think about how few certs I've dumped into my Vanguard timer.

I think MLG is good for getting Planetside 2 some attention.
But I also think they need a variation for the normal players.
Basically what we did was do a 666th vs TRG event, and invited all the other outfits to come. It was a huge success. Everyone was able to participate, even some vanu.
We should do things like this more often. I love outfit rivalry stuff for it adds flavor to the game.
Now that Hamma has the observer power, we can capitalize on that.
Just a fun fact: TRG and 666 have been planetside rivals for over 10 years.

I saw myself!
And anyways a huge thanks to 666 and the rest of the assisting outfits (HFA,TXR,GOLD,OP4, etc.) for making this possible. I wish the fight stayed there after we all logged off but we can't have everything now can we ;)

I wish I could have been there, I heard great things from other members of the alliance. As always, I am happy to see TTA outfits in multiple platoons strength pull together for these weekly Friday Operations; in this case one that was hosted by the TRG platoon(s?).
Look forward to more!
