Lost extended magazine for MAX after update

There was an update a while back that caused me to lose the extended magazine for #1 Mercy on my Max.

It shows having been purchased on the cert menu but it is not there when I go to equip it.

I've reported the problem 5 times now and they still have not fixed it.

Anyone else having problems with lost attachments after updates?

The compensator for AC-X11 as well as one of the 3.4 scopes for the Gauss Rifle have been missing for a few weeks.

I have had my dual mercy's, with extended magazines, show miss matched total round counts before. After emptying both and then reloading seemed to have cleared the bug...

Its a really bad show on SOEs part to break such basic stuff then not fix it for weeks - but at the same time they keep adding new stuff.

Well it makes me feel a little better that it is not just me...

What really frosts me is that everytime I open a support ticket they require all my system info before I can submit it and then they basically reply that they know there is a problem and they are working on it. Then they close the support ticket as "solved".

Then weeks go by and a half a dozen updates and still no fix. Then I have to open another support ticket and go through the same process only to get the exact same answer.

I guess it is just the principle of it. I mean it doesn't put me at a huge disadvantage. It just drives me crazy when I am getting lamasted with incoming fire and my #1 Mercy decides to reload.

Compensators are back.

I have no idea why the fix should have taken this long - but im happy its done.

The compensator is indeed back. I am, however, still missing the 3.4 Tacit-eye scope for the GR.

This is a good thing as a NC Max.
