op?

honestly the guys he was killing were just idiots. He was only cloaked about half the time. Several guys just stared at him unlcloaked.

I do think it should take longer to initiate a cloak so you cant just *poof* and be gone.

Either their was a connection/lag issue or that was artificially set up.

Nah he just caught a bunch of nubs at the right moment, asleep with their pants down. I've had some similar killstreaks I wish I had on vid. You'd have to see it to believe it. It's kinda like the "Giraffe camo is OP" video.

Those TR... I... I just don't know... Oh, I got it. They were clearly NC spies trying to make the Terran Republic look bad, yeah...

It wasn't lag at all from what I seen. Without warping of players and icons on the map (map starts first) you aren't lagging. If it was set up or not I can't tell but that was MASSIVE FAIL for the TR. Over half of them was AFK in a fight! Why the hell would you spawn at a sunderer and the just stand there doing NOTHING?

I have never seen something like this before where there was SO many people AFK. They only thing I can think of for this scale of AFK to happen is at the end of a ops and everyone is doing a recap of the night. I redeploy to WG or just get out of the game if in a meeting or debriefing.

There have been times when I realized I was somehow lagging or something with respect to everyone else but they werent lagging to me.

Im talking about only couple times that i noticed in 4 months of playing - its rare.

Yeah some quick-knifing would have made that streak even longer. Reminds me of a time when I dropped in on a biolab that we were about to lose. All the TR were standing around our spawns, being lazy or afk. I must have knifed a squad of them at least before they caught on. It was all so quiet...

Be careful before you give the guy praise.

Pretty damn sure the guy is either hacking, or lagging so hard people can't see him. There have been people using invisibility hacks (like Hamma's nifty new observer cam - it's actually an invisible vehicle in game - he can accidentally run people over with it). Point is, if it's in the game as a dev tool, it can be hacked.

Judging by his stats though, he's probably just lagging really bad.

He cloaks and uncloaks in front of 6 people at one point (who aren't afk or loading in and are moving), and not one of them even attempt to look for him.

Something definitely is not normal with this. If people were actually actively looking for him and hunting, I'd believe it. This I don't.

In all my years I've never seen a group of people that dumb. Especially since it looks like they're all wondering what the hell is shooting them. For all they know he could be in a wall, or floating somewhere.

I have done the same, but I was lagging really hard, got like 12 VS on Tawrich tech plant and nobody could shot me back, I died because one of the was smart enough to place mines on the ground.
I didn´t realize that I got that many kill because I was lagging, after I died it was clear to me, so when it is happening to me I log out to fix it.

I don't know what to say about that. Horrible lag or just horrible TR Players.

I think this is quite normal. I've seen it a lot and I've done it myself, only I didn't get to be there as long as on the video. A lot of times I seem to be the only one that sees enemy in the middle of our group of people. But it's kind of hard to shoot at him, since there are so many teammates around. I think it happens because people are dumb or they just don't expect someone to just run in a group of enemies alone. Either way, it happens a lot.

And it is a fact that some people can't see infiltrators at all for some reason. I can see them sometimes up to 20-30 meters (medium graphics quality) while the teammate that stands right next to that infiltrator is completely unaware that he is next to an enemy.

As someone who plays an infiltrator fairly regularly I've been able to do things like this on occasion but this guy went on quite a run. It's suspect, but you would be surprised how often people totally don't look in amongst themselves.

It's been improved - can't run people over with it :)

Blatant Hacking

Even with as confusing as battles can be sometimes, there is no way the medics didn't see you shooting them in the face if you were playing legit.

The medics did see him. They where just reviving others at the time and he was able to kill them or loose LOS before they had time to get their weapons out. A few of those medics even hit him at times.

^^This

About 2 times since game launch I have found myself following 3 to 5 enemy that were running to a cap point. I mean I'm like right on their heels. And of course me running as an Engy with Prox mines, well you can guess the out come as they stop in the room with the cap and I run in with them and they just don't seem to notice me... or the Proxies I dropped.

Well, sadly there are a lot of players who have the situational awareness of a moss-covered rock.

Got a picture of that vehicle, I don´t know Hamma, but it can be him inside:

Looks like lag, now and then he attempts a headshot and it doesn't even register, though that could be spawn invulnerability.

But people in groups often leave an enemy in that group to others, or they completely ignore them as they don't expect an enemy to be brave or foolish enough to just walk in there. Considering there is no Dark Light and nobody really giving chase, plus the killspam is somewhat poorly designed (can't backtrack, hardly look at it as it is opposite to the chat) so you don't know if the guy has been shot or not. People figure others must have dealt with him.

There is also the chance that there were rendering and frames per second issues in a big fight for some of them I suppose.

In other words, wouldn't call this hacking, presume combination of lag and herd behaviour.
