Can't Get to Character page or make a signature

Been trying to make a stat signature or even look at my characters but I keep getting

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9 bytes) in /home/psuwww/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 3677

Any help on this?
