With character slots being added to the store, has anyone exceeded 6 yet? Do we know of a limit?

I'm not understanding the need for more than 3 characters. It's not like WOW, where you are restricted to one class per character. I only see a need for one per faction, and I hardly play the other 2 (TR and VS).
Why would I need a fourth? Presumably a second NC character.

That depends on the individual. Perhaps some play with a larger pool of players, across servers. Up to the individual. I just want to know if there is a limit.

Boss I will buy as many slots as needed. To travel the Auraxian universe looking for great fights, I am definitely with you.

I'm gonna try this, if you could have more than six on a paid account and you farm passive certs you could have ready-made characters for any circumstance.

By that logic I don't see why anyone would need more than One character.
By my logic I realize that my friends are on differing servers and differing factions, to include the fact that sometimes I like to play along with the FNO.

Why does anyone have a problem with this? If it isn't useful to you that's fine, ignore it. For some people it is a nice addition.
More characters is always nice.

I'm up to ten, didn't feel like going much higher than that.
Extra character slots is huge if you farm passive certs (and I do). If you were to do a cost/benefit, having one account that has Auraxium membership with 12 characters gets way more passive certs for a one time 1000 sc cost, instead of two accounts with recurring costs.
Then when you add on top of that the account wide unlocks it gets even better.

10, nice!! I too need more slots for events on other servers. With our unlocks now, it's very fun to have ready characters for anything.

Certs can't transfer between characters (correct?) It's not that I think this shouldn't exist, I'm trying to "realize" the use case that makes it worth my premium membership.
So, in farming, you just leave a char 'a' dormant for 'x' number of days and then switch to char 'b' while char 'a' is dormant?
Thanks:

Premium members get free certs every day.

Well, technically everyone gets free certs everyday. It's just that members get more. A minor but important distinction.

You have to log in every 24 hours to get the full benefit.

Well after youve played for a while, your main will be so certed he can do anything anyway.

Personally, I don't think you need a character on every server to join local events. I just reserve one slot for a "hop-in" character and have that character recreated for every event I will join.
